Sample Roleplay from Salem: [from Isabel]

Isabel dashed down the hallway, her long black hair flying behind her. She was late for class . . . again. She held her books and papers in her arms, as they threatened to spill out of her hands. Already, she was having a bad day. Her alarm-clock hadn’t gone off at the right time, she couldn’t find her favorite sweater, she spilled green ink all over her homework, and she was late for class!

Suddenly, her toe caught itself on some invisible force, and sent Izzy flying onto the floor. Her books and papers spilled out in front of her. An ink bottle flew out of her un-properly fastened messenger-bag and shattered into a zillion pieces, spilling violet ink everywhere. Isabel sighed, tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear and began to pick up the items strewn about her on the floor. Today was not a good day, she decided, but maybe tomorrow would be better.

Sample Roleplay from Salem:Chris was sitting in hir room awaiting the news of his mother. His Mom and dad were at a place to file a divorce. He Looked out the farm house window and overlooked the farm. He saw the Barn containing the farm animals. The pigs, horses, chickens, and the sheep. He then looked at the pond that he would swim in and practice his magic when his dad wasn't home. He looked out on to the setting sun on the horizon.

He layed on his bed and thought. His dog walked into his room and jumped on his bed. His dog was his best friend at the point. He looked out the window and his mom's car pulled up. The two glaring figures walked out of the car and walked into the house. Chris overheared his dad saying, ''I'm leaving tonight." And his mom saying, "thank God!" And Chris had to agree with her.
